34% of calls from one Skype account to another are video calls. In every third call video is used. And this is a great number of web-cameras.
4% of international calls are video calls via Skype. 34% times 12% results in one minute of 25.
200 thousand of hours are spoken by Skype users in an hour. This means 1,7 billion hours in a year!
The Skype company suggests that by 2011 about 80% of new PCs will include pre-installed Skype. 306 millions of computers were sold in 2009, and in 2010 about 240-260 millions of new computers will contain pre-installed Skype (considering the 5% growth rate of the market). Though, Mac admirers won't get pre-installed Skype and Apple also doesn't confirm that Skype will be added to their iChat and FaceTime.
